Photography 101 - Field Trip 4

Last night we had ANOTHER field trip to UofT. Like a few weeks ago, we were practicing night photography using the M (manual) mode on our cameras. I (stupidly) forgot that my auto focus button wasn't on in this mode, so a lot of my picture turned out kinda fuzzy :( We live and learn...

... My favourite part of the evening was when a few of us entered this HUGE beautiful (yet super spooky) room in University College - the teacher was showing us how to fool around with our flashes to get different effects. Keeping with yesterday's theme, I wanted to get some ghost-like images to post on my blog... This stain glassed window acted as the perfect backdrop for my spooky session...

Hark... a spirit appears...

And ever so slowly...

Disappears into the comfort of its own shadow...
